First public release of Switchboard — a local-first toolbox of 40+ converters that run entirely in your browser.

Document tools: PDF → Markdown with OCR fallback for scans, Markdown ↔ HTML with live preview, HTML → Markdown, Markdown → PDF, and Markdown table builder.
Image tools: WebP/PNG/JPG converter with quality control, Image → PDF, SVG ↔ PNG, and an EXIF viewer that can strip metadata.
Data tools: CSV ↔ JSON, CSV ↔ XLSX, JSON ↔ YAML, JSON ↔ TOML, XML ↔ JSON, JSON formatter, and JSON → TypeScript interfaces.
Developer tools: cURL → fetch, Base64, JWT decoder, URL encoder and parser, hash generator (MD5 through SHA-512), UUID/NanoID, timestamp converter, regex tester, cron explainer, SQL formatter, minifier, and diff viewer.
Text and generators: case converter, slugify, line sorter, string escaping, word counter, lorem ipsum, password generator, colour converter, and QR code generator.
Pinned tools and recent tools, so the converters you use most stay one click away.
Command palette (⌘K / Ctrl+K) for jumping to any tool by name.
Installable progressive web app with offline support — the whole toolbox keeps working with no connection.

Every conversion runs on-device: no uploads, no accounts, and no file-size quotas beyond your own memory.
Responsive layout tuned for phones, tablets and desktop, with a dark, low-glare interface.
